This is the Game Master's tile, Level 01, Map Tile D01. It is a 352 x 352 pixel map tile.
This file shows the effect of turning on the default grid, the file was then exported to jpg. The tile is 11 x 11 squares so the GM can have an exit at the middle of each side if they wish.
