Description:
Generates authentic names in Old Norse. List of names were taken from a list of authentic names.
Bynames (nicknames), are presented in quotes 'byname', while the meaning for the byname is presented in brackets (bynamemeaning). Bynames traditionally come directly before or after the given name.
Surnames are determined by the name of the father, with the appropriate ending if they are male (son, etc), or female (dotter, etc).
To randomize the results, not all names are given Bynames or Surnames.
If there are errors, please let me know so I can fix it.
